Devotions 06-11-06

Job 13:15
"Though He slay me, I will hope in Him."

Sometimes I feel like God is about to slay me and I am anxious about what is ahead. Job was in that situation but he did not lose his confidence in God. He told his friends that even if God was going to let him die he would continue to keep his trust and hope in Him.

Lord, I want to have such a peace and confidence and hope in You. I know You love me because of what Jesus has done for me and I know your way is perfect so help me to rest completely in You.
